आज हम MLM या जिसे networking के नाम से भी हम जानते है, इसकी बात करेंगे।

अक्सर मैंने सुना है लोग कहते हैं कि ये काम मेरे लिए नही है वो काम मेरे लिए नही है आदि, लेकिन मेरा मानना है कि हर व्यक्ति हर काम कर सकता है, अगर वो करना चाहे तो ।

कोई भी काम कोई भी व्यक्ति या तो खुशी से करता है या फिर मजबूरी में, अब फैसला आपको करना होता है।

अब बात करते हैं कि ये काम किनको करना चाहिए या कौन-कौन लोग इसे कर सकते है, ये काम वो लोग कर सकते है जो व्यापार करना चाहते हैं है और वो भी बिना ज्यादा पैसा लगाएं, ये बात सभी लोग जानते हैं।

लेकिन ये काम उन लोगो के लिए है जो थोड़े से पागल  या पुरे बेशर्म होते है उनके लिए ही ये काम है।
अगर आप के पास इन दोनो गुणो की कमी है तो फिर आप कोई नौकरी या पुराने ढांचे के व्यापार कर सकते है।

यहाँ आपको सफलता मिलती जारुर है,  बस आपको अपने लक्ष्य पर ध्यान केंद्रित रखने की जरूरत है । इसके लिए आपको लगातार होने वाले कार्यशाला में बीच-बीच के अंतराल मै मौजूद होना होता है।
यहाँ सफलता की अवधि सब से कम 1 साल  का और ज्यादा से ज्यादा ज्यादा 12साल का होता है। शुरुआती 6 सालों में आपको, अगर आप किसी और काम को  पहले से कर रहे हैं, तो आप को दोनो काम एक साथ करने होंगे और 7वे साल से आप पुरी तरह से स्वतंत्र हो कर काम करने लगते है और 12वे साल मै आप की निवर्त्ति  हो जाते हैं, जब की साधरण लोगो को निवर्त्ति होने में कम से काम 30सालों  का समय लगता है।

अक्सर मैने सुना और देखा है जो लोग नेटवर्किंग करना शुरू करते है वो  बहुत जल्द ही अपना धैर्य खो देते है, जिसके कारण वो समाज मे मजाक का कारण  बन जाते है, और वो इस काम से हमेशा के लिए दुरी बना लेते है, इसका सब से बड़ा कारण यह है कि लोग बिना किसी जाँच  पड़ताल के और बहकावे में आकर कर गलत जगह जा कर अपना समय और ताकत लगाने लगते है और आखिर कार  हताश और निराश होकर पुराने ढांचे मै चले जाते हैं और किस्मत और वक़्त को कोसते रहते है ।

इसलिये यह बहुत जरुरी है कि आप कहीं  भी अपना समय देने से पहले कंपनी या संस्था या किसी व्यक्ति विशेष की पूरी जानकारी ले उसके बाद ही आप वहाँ अपना समय, अपनी पूरी ताकत, पूरी विश्वास के साथ काम करे, और सफलता हासील करे।

अक्सर मैने देखा है कि लोग आपने सामान को केवल बेचने के लिए ही अपने सामान का प्रचार करते है, उस सामान को बिक्री करवाने पर क्या फायदा मिलेगा उस पर ज्यादा ध्यान नहीं देते है।

बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियां ग्राहको के लिए अलग और बिक्री करने वाले लोगों के लिए अलग प्रचार करती है।
मेरे नजर मे तो हर व्यक्ति ग्राहक और हर ग्राहक विक्रेता  लगता है, कोई भी व्यक्ति या तो उसे आपके सामान की जरुरत है या फिर उसे उस सामान को बेचकर मिलने वाले पैसे की जरुरत है, तो क्यू ना हम कुछ एसे तरीको को अपनाए जिस्से हर व्यक्ति या तो मेरा ग्राहक बने या मेरे सामान को बेचने वाला विक्रेता।

फिर यहाँ सवाल आता है की हम ऐसा क्या कर सकते है जिससे हमे इस तरह का फायदा मिले।
बहुत मुस्किल नही है, आप अपने सामान के प्रचार मै कुछ पुरस्कार प्रणाली लगा दे, या सिफारिश करो और कमओ, इस तरह के योजना के आने से ज्यादा-से-ज्यादा लोग आपसे  संलग होंगे,

और इसके साथ-साथ शिकायत ,परेशानियां और सुझावों के लिए एक अलग से सम्पर्क नम्बर और एक मेल आईडी  ग्राहको के लिए रखें, इस तरह से आप सीधे-सीधे ग्राहको से प्रतिपुष्टि मिल जाया करेगी, जिस्से आप आपने कार्यशैली मे और भी ज्यादा फायदा होगा ।

अक्सर हम सोचते हैं कि और कई लोगो को मैने देखा भी है, वो अपने सामानों का प्रचार साल में केवल ऐक बार ही करते है या किसी त्यौहार और अवसर पर ही करते है, जबकि ये लगातार होने वाली क्रिया है, हर महीने अपने कमाई का कम से कम 10 प्रतिशत आपको निवेश करना ही है , तभी आप और आपका व्यापार उन ऊंचाइयों तक पहुँच पाएंगे जिसकी आप कल्पना करते है।

आज के समय मे हर इन्सान जो कुछ भी कमा रहा है कुछ ना कुछ बेचकर ही कमा रहा है,, बस तरीका सब का अलग है मगर मकसद एक ही है, किसी तरह से माल बिके तो कमाई हो। सुबह से ले कर शाम तक बस बिक्री बिक्री और बिक्री और सब उसके बाद।

डॉक्टर, इंजीनियर अपने नॉलेज को, बिजली मिस्त्री, प्लंबर अपने कौशल को, और विक्रेता आपने वस्तु को, बेचने पर लगा रहता है।
हम सब आज भी और आने वाले दिनो मै भी बस बिक्री ही करते रहेंगे,  लेकिन हमे जितना जल्दी हो, पुराने बिक्री  के तरीकों को बदलना होगा वरना हम और पीछे चलते चले जाएँगे।

जब से ये कोरोना काल आया है तब से इसकी जरुरत और भी बढ गई है ।
ये blog उन सब लोगो के लिए है जो कुछ ना कुछ बिक्री कर रहे है चाहे वो कैशल हो, नॉलेज हो या फिर कोई वस्तु।
सब से पहले आप अपने उत्पाद की जानकारी और दुसरा उसकेे  पहुंच को जितना बेहतर तरीके से, ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगो से आप साझा कर पाएंगे उतना ही ज्यादा आप आगे निकल पाएंगे। और सब से ज्यादा आगे वही निकल पाएगा जो वस्तु बिक्री के बाद भी अपने ग्राहक को सेवा देने के लिए उचित व्यवस्था कर पाएगा।
इसे एक उधारण से समझते है-
मेरे परिचय के एक शिक्षक है जो बीते 10 वर्षों से लगातर अपने घर पर छात्र छात्रों शिक्षा दे रहे हैं, फिर भी आज जब भी नया सत्र शुरू होता है तो उन्हे बहुत मेहनत करनी पड़ती है और बहुत परेशानियों के बाद उनका 2- 3 जत्था तैयार हो पाता है। और एसा उनके साथ हर साल होता है।

मै जब उनसे मिला तो मैंने पुछा उनसे एसा हर साल क्यू होता है जब की आप तो बिते कई सालो से ये काम कर रहे है, उनके पास कोई जवाब नहीं था, और अब वो इतने हताश हो चुके थे की वो अब इस काम को पूरी तरीके से छोड़ने का मन बना लिए थे।
मैंने उन से केवल एक सवाल पुछा और फिर उनकी तो मानो पूरी दशा ही बदल गई और आज वो पूरी लगन के साथ अपने पहले वाले कार्य मै जुडे हुए है।

मैंने केवल उनसे ये पुछा "आपको पता है आपके वो छात्र कहाँ है जो 9- 10 साल पहले आपसे शिक्षा लिया करते थे" उनको समझ मै आ गया था की चूक कहा हो गई  थी।
और मै अब उम्मीद करता हूँ की आपको भी ये बात समझ मै आ गई होगी।
